About us
  • Longevity -   We have one of the longest established preschools in Clifton Park. We have been serving the youngest members of our community since 1968...August 2018 marked our 50th year!  
  • Trained experience - Our teachers have years of experience working with young children; some have been with us over a decade. We take part in ongoing professional development to fine tune our understanding of early childhood education and to align our learning standards with those set forth by NYS requirements for kindergarten readiness. 
 
  • Learning through meaningful play - We are a play based preschool. This doesn't mean we are not learning!   • Community Connection – we provide many opportunities to connect your child with the community, including field trips and visits from various community helpers such as firefighters, dental hygienists and town workers. For more information about field trips, check out our field trip page.
 
  • Faith - We are a faith based preschool; we have a Bible Theme integrated in our curriculum each month.  We welcome anyone from any faith background and emphasize character qualities in our Bible storytelling, such as obedience, honesty, and kindness.  
 
  • Individualized attention – We offer smaller classes for a tremendous amount of individualized instruction for your child. We have an ongoing open communication system with our families.  We are never too busy to talk with you about your child and how he/she is progressing and what he/she is experiencing in preschool.  We consider ourselves your partners in your child’s early learning; you are your child’s first and best teacher.

  • Family – our preschool is a family.  We care deeply for each child that is a part of our community as well as their parents and siblings.  We would love for you to be a part of our family.

Under an established risk management policy, background checks are conducted on all persons who work regularly with children and youth in our church.
